Costalito Oaxaqueño was born from the need to give structure to traditional elements that, although deeply valuable, often remain scattered or limited to local contexts.

We recognized that gastronomy and craftsmanship not only represent identity, but can also be functionally integrated into restaurants, hotels, mezcalerías, and contemporary spaces.

From this perspective, Costalito Oaxaqueño is conceived as a system that organizes, distributes, and connects these elements—allowing tradition not only to be observed, but to be used and truly lived.
